Job Summary

Pacifica Senior Living Heritage Hills is seeking a dedicated and compassionate PCA/Med Tech to join our team. As a PCA/Med Tech, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized care and services to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Respond promptly to resident needs, including pendant calls and community alarms.
  • Develop and maintain caring relationships with residents, promoting their independence and self-care.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of care delivered, including incident reports and resident status updates.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Caregiver or Med Tech
  • Valid CPR certification
  • Ability to speak, read, and understand English
  • Committed to health and safety
  • Well-organized and reliable
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • A positive and compassionate attitude
  • Physical stamina
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Work Schedule:

  • 7:00 am- 3:00 pm
  • 3:00 pm- 11:00 pm
  • 11:00 pm- 7:00 am
