We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Abundant Life Family Services.

Job Responsibilities

  • Implement clinical service delivery goals consistent with overall agency goals and policy/procedures.
  • Complete all required training for state and local licenses, certifications, clearances, and formal training.
  • Develop and implement behavior management plans utilizing Applied Behavioral Analysis to teach children independent functional skills.
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments to determine functions of behavior.
  • Provide training for parents/guardians on the ABA interventions used in the treatment plan so they may implement the skills across settings.
  • Create graphs based on data to track progress of clients.
  • Provide supervision of Behavior Technicians working with clients and their families.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Active status as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Licensed Behavioral Analyst with proper licensure/certifications in Pennsylvania.
  • Proficient in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA's) and providing RBT supervision.
