  • Carry out basic fence repairs, including fixing loose boards, repairing minor damage, and ensuring structural integrity for security and aesthetics.
  • Support on-site events with setup, coordination, and cleanup, ensuring seamless and successful events for residents and guests.
  • Distribute and maintain signage throughout the property, ensuring clear communication and a well-maintained visual environment.
  • Conduct home inspections and first-level troubleshooting, including thorough assessments and initial troubleshooting of various systems and components.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach to meet the needs of residents and visitors.
  • Valid Texas driver's license.

Working Conditions:

  • Typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, with additional hours as requested.
  • Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer and/or electronic device.
  • Excellent organization, coordination, and project management skills.
  • Lift or move items up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to walk, sit, or stand for long periods.
  • Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal communication in English.
