We are seeking a skilled Construction Observer to join our team at Yeh and Associates, Inc. in Greeley, Colorado. As a Construction Observer, you will be responsible for monitoring the quality of work, testing procedures, and construction techniques on various projects. Your attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in ensuring compliance with approved plans and specifications.

• Monitor and report on the quality of work, testing procedures, and construction techniques
• Inspect materials and maintain compliance with approved plans and specifications
• Communicate effectively with project managers, coworkers, and contractors to ensure project progress
• Identify and report potential problems to the contractor and project engineer

• Valid Colorado driver license and clean driving record
• Experience in heavy civil roadway and bridge construction field observation/inspection
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read and understand construction plans, specifications, and maps

• Overtime pay available
• Travel expenses, including lodging and per diem allowance, provided when travel is required

Salary: $30 to $37 per hour plus overtime
