**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining a customer-friendly environment, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Maintain awareness of all product information, promotions, and advertisements to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
  • Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping to ensure a visually appealing and organized store environment.
  • Process and replenish merchandise, participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock, and ensure procedures are completed promptly.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and practices, including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
  • Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash accountabilities at POS registers.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time by store management.

**Requirements**

  • Knowledge of retail computer systems, MS Word, and Excel is a plus.
  • A commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction is essential.
  • Solid team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Physical Demands**

  • Must be able to lift, move, and handle up to 60 pounds frequently to stock merchandise.
  • Ability to stand/walk for an extended period.
  • Ability to bend, reach, lift, and climb.
