We are seeking a skilled X-Ray Field Service Engineer to join our team in the Idaho Falls region. This role requires an experienced technician with expertise in x-ray and ultrasound equipment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication abilities, a professional demeanor, and strong customer service skills. Comfort with technology is essential.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Flexibility is required for occasional service calls on weekends in case of emergencies.
Compensation:
Annual salary ranges from $60,000 to $80,000, depending on experience.
Qualifications:
Applicants should have an Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive high-quality growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences as part of the Field Service Engineering Team.
- Perform installation, calibration, corrective repairs, preventive maintenance, and decommissioning of digital radiography systems to ensure safe operations.
- Occasionally support ultrasound modalities as needed.
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance and maintain thorough documentation of all service events, tests, and corrective actions performed on Samsung digital radiography technologies.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to prepare for the installation and deployment of Samsung digital radiography systems, covering electrical, mechanical, gas, pneumatics, software, networking, and integration aspects.
- Coordinate assembly and installation tasks, ensuring proper integration with data retention systems.
