About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Seasonal Fulfillment Associate to join our team at Crate and Barrel. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our stores are stocked and ready to meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process incoming and outgoing packages, including customer curbside pick-up orders, ship from store, and buy online, pick up in store, in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with store management to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure seamless execution of customer orders.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in stock, distribution center, or retail environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 65lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work weekends, including the days surrounding Christmas.
