We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care Float Pool at a Level II Trauma Center. This role is vital in providing exceptional care to critically ill patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver advanced care in a Level II Trauma Center and a Level I Comprehensive Stroke Center.
- Provide critical support for patients with high acuity needs.
- Float between various departments including ICU, CICU, CVICU, Neuro Surgical Trauma ICU, and Emergency Department.
- Administer care for patients requiring neuro, medical, surgical, cardiac, and trauma interventions.
- Work autonomously in high-pressure environments.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Idaho or multistate.
- Current BLS certification.
- ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.
- PALS, NRP, and TNCC certifications needed within 12 months of hire.
- Prior experience in critical care settings is preferred.
