Palm Careers LLC is seeking an experienced Neonatal ICU Registered Nurse to join our team in Palm Springs, CA.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate NICU Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will collaborate with patients, families, peers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans in accordance with the patient's needs and our hospital's policies and procedures.
  • Implement and evaluate patient care, utilizing your knowledge of growth and development, nursing philosophy, and hospital policies.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the growth and development of our Neonatal ICU department.

Requirements:

  • Current California RN licensure
  • BSN or MSN enrollment in a BSN/MSN program
  • American Heart Association BLS certification
  • STABLE and NRP certification within 30 days of hire
  • (Preferred) Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing Certification
