Job Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse with IntelyCare, you will be responsible for providing expert care to patients in post-acute care facilities. Your duties will include:

  • Providing individualized care to patients based on their unique needs and preferences.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Monitoring patient outcomes and adjusting care plans as needed.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
  • Providing education and support to patients and their families.
Qualifications and Skills

To be successful as a Registered Nurse with IntelyCare, you will need:

  • A current Connecticut state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Successful completion of an approved nursing program.
  • At least 4 months of post-acute or in-patient hospital care experience.
  • Advanced organizational and communication skills.
