Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced X-Ray Technologist to join our team at Fast Pace Health. As an X-Ray Technologist, you will provide essential clinical and administrative support for effective patient care under supervision.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting patients with proper positioning during exams
- Monitoring x-ray orders and ensuring compliance with health regulations
- Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a compassionate atmosphere
- Supporting new employees with learning activities and completing required training
In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be responsible for:
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Assisting with minor maintenance issues with machines
- Following up with nurse coordinators for consultation prior to any outsourcing calls
To be successful as an X-Ray Technologist at Fast Pace Health, you will need:
- A valid ARRT License (Registered Technologist)
- A State License (Registered Technologists' and Limited Scope) that is active, in good standing, and verifiable with the proper regulatory agency
- At least 1 year of experience as a certified RT(R) or limited scope x-ray tech preferred in a clinic setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
You will be working in a fast-paced urgent care environment with a variety of patients and situations. You must be able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
