Provider Healthcare is seeking an experienced Cardiovascular Surgeon for an urgent locum tenens need in Michigan. This position involves both clinic and call coverage, with a sample schedule of 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with APPs available for clinical support and utilize Athena for clinic EMR and Sunrise Allscripts for hospital EMR.
Key Responsibilities- Clinic coverage from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday
- 24-hour call coverage
The ideal candidate will have ACLS certification, case logs showing at least 75 cases performed in the last 12 months, and must hold an IMLC or MI license due to the tight turnaround. Credentialing typically takes 30 days, but applications are prioritized based on start date. We offer a competitive estimated salary of $600,000 per year, making this a unique opportunity for experienced surgeons.
