Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize patient needs and develop effective care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Maintain open communication with colleagues and management to ensure seamless unit operations
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and advancements in patient care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

  • Active RN licensure and 2 years of recent experience in a Med Surg setting
  • Current BLS certification and preference for CPI training
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and upholding the highest standards of professionalism
Benefits

Aya offers competitive compensation, including an estimated salary range of $60-$80 per hour based on location and experience. This opportunity also provides the flexibility to choose from 36 or 48-hour options, with overtime pay for hours exceeding 48. Additionally, Aya's benefits package includes:

  • No call; floating to like units to minimize disruption to personal life
  • Weeekends: 6 weekend shifts within 6 weeks to maintain a healthy work-life balance
  • I9 required for direct candidates; drivers license required for all travelers; E-Verify required for direct candidates
