As a Lunchroom Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our elementary school cafeteria. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise and support students during lunchtime, maintaining a safe and respectful environment. This includes assisting with behaviors, keeping students on schedule, and adhering to cafeteria rules. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise students during lunchtime, ensuring their safety and well-being
• Assist students with behaviors, providing guidance and support as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized cafeteria environment
• Adhere to cafeteria rules and regulations
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure a positive and inclusive experience for all students

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with children and adults
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a similar role preferred
