Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Yoga Instructor to teach online and/or face-to-face Yoga courses at the 1000 or 2000 level. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the class, including content delivery, assignment development, grading, and assessment of student learning.

Responsibilities
  • Teach Yoga courses online and/or face-to-face
  • Develop and implement course materials and assessments
  • Grade student assignments and provide feedback
  • Assess student learning and progress
Requirements
  • 1 year of yoga instruction experience
  • Certification required for teaching yoga
  • Successful teaching experience in a post-secondary institution (preferred)
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and student success (preferred)
What We Offer

Adjunct Faculty in the UNM LOS ALAMOS CAMPUS are currently compensated on the basis of their credentials and credit hour course loads. The successful candidate will be paid according to their credentials and course load.
