Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacist to join our team at Soliant Health. As an Inpatient Pharmacist, you will work in an acute hospital setting, providing pharmaceutical information to the multidisciplinary healthcare team. Your responsibilities will include kinetic dosing, therapy consults, and order verification, as well as collaborating directly with nursing, physicians, and peers to provide acute care services.

Requirements
  • Recent inpatient/hospital experience required
  • Must hold an Ohio (OH) license
  • Experience with EPIC EMR is preferred
