Job Responsibilities

As a Retail Sorter, you will be responsible for:

  • Sorting and pricing donated goods in preparation for stocking the sales floor
  • Ensuring quality of merchandise and pre-sorting items for salvage
  • Maintaining daily production goals of at least 5 racks, 100 pieces per rack or team goal as approved
  • Assisting customers by answering questions and providing excellent customer service

Additionally, you will maintain safety and housekeeping practices, and be willing to take on different job responsibilities as needed.
