Maintenance/Setup Equipment Specialist

Vital Health America LLC seeks a skilled Maintenance/Setup Mechanic to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep of our production equipment, ensuring that all systems are functioning properly and efficiently.
">Responsibilities- Perform setup, change overs, and preventive maintenance of various production and packaging equipment.
- Lubricate, clean, and inspect production and packaging equipment, including tooling (punches, dies, and dosing discs) for equipment such as tablet presses and capsule fillers.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics and basic understanding of electrical circuits and PLCs.
- Maintain personal hygienic practices to ensure cGMP compliance, especially when transitioning from facilities maintenance projects to production process maintenance work.
- High school graduate preferred, but not required if proficiency in communication, mathematics, work habits, and attitude is demonstrated during the probationary period.
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in a solid, full-scale manufacturing environment.
- Experience working in the vitamin or food manufacturing industry is required.
- $50,000 - $65,000 per year salary.
