This position is responsible for the care and cultivation of cannabis plants. Supports and adheres to the company's Standards of Conduct & Discipline.
The pay for this role is $18/hour. This is a full-time position. Our facility is located in a secure and controlled environment. Professional cannabis farm experience is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Plant and maintain cannabis crops, ensuring optimal growth and health.
- Monitor and control the environment, including temperature, humidity, and lighting.
- Apply nutrients and pesticides as necessary to promote healthy plant growth.
- Perform pruning and trimming tasks to maintain plant shape and promote healthy growth.
- Assist with Research & Development projects as assigned, including testing and evaluating new cultivation methods and products.
- Sanitize and clean the grow facility, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for plants and employees.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must meet the minimum qualifications listed below.
- Must be 21 years old or older.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have:
- A High School Diploma or a General Education Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- General agriculture experience.
- Cannabis growing experience is highly preferred.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to:
- Regularly sit or stand for long periods of time, performing repetitive tasks with hands.
- Occasionally climb, stoop, crouch, crawl, taste, or smell.
- Clearly see 20+ feet, with or without corrective lenses, and differentiate between colors.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following skills and abilities:

While performing the essential duties/responsibilities of this job, the employee will be:
- Exposed to non-weather conditions, including wet or humid conditions, brightly lit conditions, and extreme heat.
- Exposed to moderate noise levels.
- Occasionally required to work in high, precarious places, climb ladders, or be exposed to workplace hazards.
- Exposed to dusts, fumes, vapors, or mists that could affect the occupational health of the employee.
- May be exposed to some toxic or caustic chemicals.
