About the Role:

Practice Details:
- We are located in a safe and well-lit area with easy access to amenities, including a hospital and ER, grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, and shopping.
- Our practice is a Primary Care First location, focusing on access to care and quality outcomes.
- We are a 100% outpatient clinic, with no hospital responsibility.
- Our practice operates on a full-time schedule, with 36 patient contact hours and 4 hours of administrative time.
- Our call schedule is 1:4 weeks rotation, with emergency patient calls only, no Rx, and no hospital responsibility.
- We are open to Family or Internal Medicine MD/DO, with all patients aged 18+.
- Average 17-22 patients per day, after a ramp-up period.
- We use EPIC EMR and MyChart for telehealth/virtual health appointments.
- We have dedicated 1:1 provider/CMA support.
- We have lab and XRay in practice.
Requirements:
- You must have completed a U.S. Residency Program.
- You must be Board Eligible or Board Certified by ABMS/ABIM/ABFM.
- You must be authorized to work anywhere in the U.S.

- We offer competitive base compensation and bonus opportunities based on wRVU productivity, quality goals, and collaboration with APCs.
- We offer 35 days of ATO annually, front-loaded, not accrued.
