Job Title: Premier Support Engineer

As a key member of the US Cloud team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our clients and partners. Your primary focus will be on representing US Cloud in communications, utilizing phone, email, and web channels to assist clients and partners in deploying, operating, and troubleshooting Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server, Office 365, Azure, SharePoint, Exchange, SQL, Skype, System Center, and Dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive client satisfaction and onboarding through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client adoption of Microsoft technologies.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, providing high-quality data to inform service improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address client needs, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in proactive account management, analyzing trends and developing solutions to meet client needs.
  • Engage in strategic service delivery planning to strengthen targeted client relationships.
  • Provide stakeholder assistance throughout deployment to avoid or resolve technical issues.
  • Seek opportunities to drive business results through collaboration with the team.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies.
  • 5+ years of experience in Windows Server.
  • Experience in Active Directory/Azure AD and DNS.
  • Experience in technical writing.
  • Proven ability to work virtually.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfortable communicating with audiences varying in size.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies.

Education/Training:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience.
