Job Overview

Staff-Up LLC is seeking a skilled Plant Installation Specialist to join our team.

This is a full-time position working with a team to create installations for plants and other horticultural products at commercial buildings, 5-star hotels, and other high-end establishments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver horticultural products, including plants and seasonal decorations, to clients on a structured schedule.
  • Unload and unpack plants and other freight, and select, clean, and prepare plants for installation routes.
  • Make deliveries of new installation work orders and replacement work orders, and maintain installation and color kits.
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles, and perform vehicle washing and maintenance.
  • Assist with general property and facility maintenance, and participate in seasonal deliveries of holiday foliage and decorations.

Essential Functions:

  • Lift 10 lb. water buckets and/or load and unload 50-75 lb. plants and containers throughout the day.
  • Climb ladders and have good dexterous use of both hands.
  • Use scissors, pruners, hand saws, hoses, and other small tools.
  • Apply leaf cleaners and insecticides using hand-held pump sprayers.
  • Have a satisfactory safe driving record and professionally communicate with clients, maintaining a neat and clean appearance.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
