We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ramp Agent to join our team at JetStream Ground Services. As a Ramp Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of aircraft, baggage, and cargo.
Key Responsibilities- Maintaining awareness of aircraft movements and communicating effectively with ground personnel and flight crew.
- Loading and unloading baggage, mail, and cargo from aircraft in a safe and timely manner.
- Operating and maintaining ramp equipment, including bag tugs, belt loaders, and aircraft tow tractors.
- Providing excellent customer service to passengers, airlines, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high levels of stress.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
