Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of hourly workers, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching to ensure excellent performance and a safe work environment.
  • Monitor and improve operations, implementing process improvements and driving cost savings initiatives to meet business objectives.
  • Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of parts, materials, and hardware, ensuring accurate inventory levels and compliance with AS9100 and customer requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service, reduce cycle counting errors, and optimize inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects and changes that contribute to materials management's ongoing improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in materials management, supply chain, or production/manufacturing, or 6+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and team-building skills, with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience with inventory management systems, lean/6-Sigma principles, and Microsoft Office applications.
