We are a leading manufacturer of towing and recovery equipment, and we are looking for a skilled Metal Finisher to join our team. As a Metal Finisher, you will be responsible for inspecting and finishing metal surfaces to ensure cleanliness and absence of surface irregularities before painting.

Key Responsibilities

• Grind parts and/or components to acceptable surface profiles.
• Apply adhesives, caulk, and bondo to appropriate metal surfaces.
• Smooth surface of parts to a specified finish.
• Polish metal surface.
• Examine and feel surface of metal to detect defects such as dents, scratches, or breaks in metal.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
