Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our team. As an electric system specialist, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems for water and wastewater treatment plants, as well as performing mechanical installations and field service work. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
Key Responsibilities

• Visual, physical, and mechanical inspection of water/wastewater systems and processing equipment.
• Replacing water piping and valves.
• Ability to comfortably lift up to 70lbs of equipment.
• Will be expected to professionally conduct and represent the company with relation to homeowners, city inspectors, utility inspectors, various municipal field contacts.
• Open to entering below grade confined spaces.
• MUST have a CLEAN driving record.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Must be willing to travel out of town.

Requirements

• Journeyman California State Certified Licensed Electrician.
• Ability to learn multiple trades.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bi-lingual a plus.
• Extensive mechanical skills and understanding of motors, plumbing, welding, and specific knowledge of trades are also a plus.
