AR Representative

Eurofins USA Clinical Diagnostics is seeking a skilled AR Representative to join our Accounting & Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable activities, ensuring timely payment from customers, and providing administrative support as needed.

• Process customer payments, including checks, credit cards, wire transfers, and EFTs.
• Prepare and post invoices, verify customer transactions, and record payments in the accounting system.
• Identify and resolve customer discrepancies, past-due amounts, and reconcile accounts on a periodic basis.
• Assist in generating monthly billing statements and provide reports on customer account status as requested.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate billing and maintain compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and other relevant accounting regulations.

• High school diploma required; prior experience in accounts receivable or other accounting functions preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other accounting software programs.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
