Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct thorough medical screenings and assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Medication Management: Ensure accurate and timely administration of medications, including ordering and stocking supplies.
- Documentation and Communication: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, and effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care and achieve treatment goals.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and program outcomes.
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with current RN licensure in good standing.
- Experience: One year of experience in mental health, counseling, or eating disorders preferred.
- Skills: Strong assessment and treatment planning skills, effective communication and documentation skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
