What Qualifications Are Required?

  • Basic Health and Safety Training

What Are the Daily Responsibilities?

  • Implement our developmentally appropriate curriculum with a gentle approach.
  • Manage the diverse needs of infants and toddlers at various developmental stages.
  • Maintain a well-organized and positive learning atmosphere.
  • Ensure a safe and structured educational environment.
  • Show empathy towards children's feelings and parents' concerns.
  • Design daily lesson plans that promote social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development for each child.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with parents and colleagues.
  • Exhibit excellent writing skills and utilize technology to report child progress to parents and other educators.
  • Set age-appropriate expectations that align with each child's developmental level.
  • Be creative, passionate about your role, and enjoy the process.
