Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. This compensation package includes a competitive hourly rate and opportunities for overtime pay.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Tower Technician to join our team. As a Tower Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining telecommunications equipment on towers, rooftops, water towers, and other elevated structures up to 300ft.

  • Essential Duties:
  • Valid driver's license; minimum 1-2 years tower construction experience preferred
  • Green Hands new to the Tower Industry as well as applicants with no construction experience welcome to apply and will be considered
  • Comtrain or equivalent climbing certification preferred; training will be provided by KMM otherwise
  • Must be flexible to work overtime; weekend and evening work sometimes required
  • Must be comfortable climbing and working at heights on towers, rooftops, water towers, and other elevated structures up to 300ft
