Responsibilities:- Prepare patients for procedures, including verifying vital signs, medications, and medical history.
- Provide education to patients and family members on procedures and care plans.
- Insert and remove intravenous lines, administer medications, and monitor patient vital signs.
- Oversee patient safety and comfort before, during, and after procedures.
- Circulate and scrub procedures as needed.
- Provide post-procedure monitoring and report any unusual patient needs to the technologist or radiologist.
- 1 year of IR experience.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Nursing license in good standing, AHA BLS, ACLS.
