We are seeking a compassionate Personal Care Specialist to join our team. As a Personal Care Specialist, you will work closely with our patients and their families to provide superior care and support during their end-of-life journey.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and assistance to patients in their homes or facilities
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support patients and their families through the grieving process
  • Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements

  • Certified State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
  • One year of experience in hospice care or a related field
  • Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime, or inclement weather
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
