Healthcare Registrar

About the Role:

Goshen Health is seeking a skilled Healthcare Registrar to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of patient demographic and financial information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Obtain complete and accurate demographic and financial information from patients and their families.
• Verify and obtain necessary signatures on all required documents and insurance forms.
• Schedule patients for services at the Imaging Center and ensure timely and efficient processing of appointments.
• Verify insurance benefits and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and promote a positive, supportive environment for patients, families, and colleagues.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Spanish language proficiency preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in healthcare or a related field, with experience in imaging services or women's health a plus.
• Basic computer skills and data entry experience required.
