Work Environment:
The work environment is typically moderate in noise level, and travel within the district is a necessary component of this role. Remote work options are not available for this position, as consistent on-site attendance is crucial.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate Degree or 48 college credit hours, or successful completion of an academic assessment; a valid educational aide certificate.
  • Preferred experience of at least six months in a related role or completion of a training program for teacher assistants.
  • A general understanding of child development and behavior.
  • The ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
