Trimming Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Trimming Specialist to join our team at Royston Group. This role is responsible for setting up and operating routers, jig saws, and drills to cut, drill, and trim excess plastic from molded parts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate manual router, jig saw, and battery powered drill.
- Cut, trim, and drill molded ABS plastic tubs, to match engineering drawings.
- Inspect and assess each part of the tub, performing quality checks.
- Assemble drain parts to tub, as specified.
- Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions.
- Perform material handling functions, including delivering parts to the next work center.
Requirements:
- High School Degree or GED
- Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
- Ability to operate job specific tools and equipment skillfully and safely.
- Strong attention to detail
- Possess mechanical skills; Machining skills also appreciated.
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience.
