KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

EVENTS AND PROMOTIONS:

  • Support Busch-Transou, LC in executing promotional activities at various venues.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance while representing the company.
  • Communicate potential opportunities to the Sales Team Leader.
  • Assist in organizing and executing company-sponsored events and marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of creative promotions and sampling strategies at designated accounts.
  • Participate in special events and promotional activities beyond standard account responsibilities.

SALES STRATEGY:

  • Gain knowledge of the beverage industry, including product rotation, merchandising, and point-of-sale techniques.
  • Understand proper pouring and cleaning procedures for draft beverages.
  • Propose event strategies as part of the annual marketing framework.
  • Set up promotional displays and distribute marketing materials to clients.
  • Collaborate with sales personnel to construct displays in various retail environments.
  • Build relationships with retailers and consumers, consistently promoting our products and quality message.
  • Engage in selling and servicing each retailer, ensuring respectful and courteous interactions.
  • Assist in assessing market conditions, competitive activities, and opportunities within key retail accounts.
  • Monitor the condition of promotional materials and notify relevant team members for replacements or repairs.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

  • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for promotional accounts and ensure timely completion of paperwork.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Applicants must be at least 21 years old. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to perform essential duties effectively. Reasonable accommodations may be provided for individuals with disabilities.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

LANGUAGE AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS:

Ability to read and understand simple instructions and correspondence. Proficient in writing basic correspondence and effectively presenting information in small group settings.

MATH SKILLS:

Competence in basic arithmetic operations and the ability to apply these skills in practical situations.

PROBLEM-SOLVING ABILITY:

Ability to address practical issues and follow various forms of instructions.

CERTIFICATIONS:

Must possess a valid State of Florida Driver's License.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This role requires regular communication, standing, walking, and manual dexterity. Employees may need to lift and transport items weighing up to 75 pounds.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Employees may work in various conditions, including outdoor environments and areas with moving machinery. The noise level is typically moderate.
