Bridges Home Health Care LLC, a leading provider of home healthcare services in Ohio, is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a valued member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and community.

With multiple locations across Ohio, including Cleveland, Mentor, and Akron, we offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate full-time and part-time applicants. Our ideal candidate must be able to work every other weekend and holiday.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care and support to individuals in an individual, group home or adult day program setting
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Monitor and document patient observations and any changes in condition
  • Maintain a clean and safe living environment for individuals
  • Utilize first aid skills as needed and ensure the well-being of individuals
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and case workers to address the needs of individuals

Requirements:

  • 18 or older
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver's License with less than 6 points
  • Valid Auto Insurance
  • Pass a fingerprint background check
  • Can be a Non-Driver
