Our Team:

We're a dynamic and collaborative team at Exact Sciences, committed to delivering innovative solutions to complex challenges in cancer prevention, detection, and treatment. As a Planner, you will join our supply chain operations team, working closely with manufacturing, sales, and operations planning to ensure seamless coordination and optimal supply chain performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Calculate demand requirements and coordinate with manufacturing to release work orders
* Manage new part creation, investigate change impacts, and maintain accurate bills of materials
* Participate in supply chain activities, such as ERP integrations and updates, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks
* Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, ensuring prompt resolution of inquiries and issues

**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
* 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, or management
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and drive business decisions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
* Experience with ERP systems, such as NetSuite or SAP
