About Our Club: Maxx Fitness Clubs is dedicated to providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our members. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Specialist to join our team.

Job Description: As a Janitorial Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, including the gym floor, locker rooms, and offices. You will work independently and as part of a team to ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. The position requires 4 hours per day, 4 days a week, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs. Compensation will be negotiated with the Regional Manager based on your experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:
• Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a clean and orderly facility
• Clean glass and mirrors regularly to maintain a sparkling appearance
• Wipe down equipment, doors, and floors as needed to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
• Empties trash receptacles daily to maintain a clean and odor-free space
• Sweeps and mops floors thoroughly to prevent slipping hazards
• Changes light bulbs as necessary to ensure adequate lighting throughout the facility
• Cleans all fitness equipment, bathrooms, tile, showers, walls, sink, mirrors, lockers, and vacuum cleaner bags or canister daily to maintain a high level of cleanliness
• Reports maintenance problems in a timely manner to ensure prompt resolution

Qualifications:
• At least three (3) months experience in cleaning or janitorial work
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously as part of a team

Estimated Salary: $42,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on experience
