Dispatch Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at Capital Area Transportation Authority. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our dispatch center and coordinating the efforts of our motor coach operators. This critical role ensures the safe and efficient delivery of public transportation services to our community.

Main Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Supervision: Direct and supervise a team of operators, providing guidance on operational procedures, resolving conflicts, and promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee the daily operation of the dispatch center, ensuring timely and accurate assignment of routes and drivers, and resolving any operational issues that may arise.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding promptly to complaints and concerns, and working to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
• Reporting and Compliance: Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Salary Information: The estimated annual salary for this role is around $65,000-$85,000, based on industry standards and location factors.
