Position Overview:

The Bartender is responsible for combining enthusiasm, meticulous attention to detail, and expertise in our evolving food and beverage offerings. Your role is to craft a memorable experience for each guest by establishing personal connections and maintaining a positive demeanor that encourages repeat visits.

• Familiarity with popular beverages and the ability to make recommendations.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Capability to follow directions and achieve team and organizational goals.
• Basic understanding of Point of Sale systems.
• Dependability is crucial; adherence to the schedule is expected.
• Ability to sustain a high level of energy and pace over extended periods.
• Requirement: Minimum age of 21 years.
• Preferred: A passion for soccer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stay informed about current marketing strategies and upcoming events to engage guests and encourage return visits.
• Responsible for taking orders, preparing beverages, serving drinks, selling food, and fostering customer loyalty.
• Follow established service times and guidelines while interacting with guests to personalize their experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management to ensure smooth customer service.
• Maintain positive relationships with all colleagues and supervisors.
• Propose ideas and suggestions to management to enhance business growth.
