Landscape Foreperson

Summerhill Landscapes is seeking a skilled Landscape Foreperson to join our team. As a key member of our Landscape Construction and Landscape Maintenance departments, you will be responsible for driving crew to site and supervising crew under the direction of Project Managers and Maintenance Supervisors.

• Assist crew members in the installation/maintenance of materials as per company standards.
• Ensure that all crew members utilize all required personal protective equipment.
• Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with industry and company standards.
• Ensure that all equipment is operated safely, and maintenance procedures are followed.
• Supervise all crew members during the performance of all assigned work.
• Report for duty at the designated location on time each day.
• Follow directions from supervisor.
• Ensure that all safety rules and company safety policies are adhered to.
• Monitor all tools, equipment, and machinery for needed maintenance.
• Track and record all expenses and hours worked accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site.
