As a Physician Assistant, you'll collaborate with supervising physicians and surgeons to provide comprehensive medical care, handling primary-care issues, pursuing surgical subspecialties, and training in emerging areas such as emergency medicine, rural medicine, and family practice. You'll also have the opportunity to participate in humanitarian relief missions and serve in aviation, shipboard, and U.S. Marine Corps communities stationed globally.

Qualifications:
- U.S. citizen between 18 and 41 years old
- Completion of a Physician Assistant education program approved by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation (CAHEA)
- Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
Work Environment:
Navy Physician Assistants may serve in a variety of settings, including hospital ships, land-based facilities, and aviation, shipboard, and U.S. Marine Corps communities stationed globally. They may also work at one of the highly acclaimed national medical centers in Bethesda, MD, Portsmouth, VA, or San Diego, CA.
