Couples Therapist

We are a locally owned and operated mental health clinic dedicated to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for our clinicians and clients. Our mission is to improve and expand access to quality mental health care, and we are seeking a skilled Couples Therapist to join our team.

We are seeking a licensed therapist to provide individual and couples therapy services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in couples therapy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse client base.

• Provide individual and couples therapy services to clients
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client goals and objectives
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with other clinicians and staff members to ensure comprehensive care

• Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field
• Full WA State clinical licensure (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW)
• Experience with couples therapy and assessment tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
