Our dedicated LGBTQIA+ focused team is seeking PRIDE CLINICIANS. Help us fulfill our vision of establishing a service-oriented delivery team that mirrors the PRIDE / LGBTQIA+ COMMUNITY. This specialized team will deliver structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions to the LGBTQIA+ community, either in the client's residence or in an office setting, aimed at addressing the behavioral health needs of youth. We employ various evidence-based practices that support families in a culturally sensitive and competent manner.
Pride Clinicians collaborate closely with clients to help them tap into their inherent strengths, enabling them to become their best selves and achieve their full potential. This is accomplished through diverse methodologies, including individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy. Compensation Structure:
Full-time:
- $50,000-$65,000 annually
Fee for Service:
- $35-$55 per hour
Qualifications Required:
- Demonstrated cultural competence with the LGBTQIA+ community through education, training, or experience
- Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field
- Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.) or a Limited Permit in the state of NY
- Preferred minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in home or community settings
- Valid driver's license required
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to effectively manage one's own schedule and client outreach
