Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Walgreens. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our pharmacists in the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate pharmacy systems, including cash registers and inventory management software.
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of pharmaceuticals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain certification and stay up-to-date on industry developments.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; PTCB certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
