Branch Manager

Best Tile is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

• Achieve financial objectives by promoting a sales culture and holding employees accountable for customer service standards and sales goals.
• Drive the recruiting, hiring, and performance management process to ensure a high-performing team.
• Establish rapport with potential and actual customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Independently or with your manager, determine product to be sold, setting prices and credit terms based on customer demand and forecasts.
• Ensure availability of merchandise and authorize payments and merchandise returns.
• Establish and implement Branch work rules to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

• Management experience in a retail environment with a proven track record of reaching sales goals and staff development.
• Proven sales track record with experience in the tile and stone industry or building materials is strongly preferred.
• Ability to understand and contribute to an organization's vision, goals, and priorities.
• Superior relationship-building skills, strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation), and ability to self-motivate.
• Solid computer and systems skills, and formal or informal training in interior design/architecture and/or a Bachelor's Degree is helpful.
