Bank Teller

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bank Teller to join our team at First Option Bank. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a high level of security and safety for the bank.

• Provide prompt and efficient service to customers, recognizing their needs and making recommendations for bank services.
• Process transactions for deposit and loan accounts, including accepting and processing money orders, cashier's checks, and other bank services.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer accounts and adhere to the bank's code of conduct.
• Ensure accuracy of work by reviewing transactions for possible errors and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Perform other duties as required to support the bank's operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role or cash handling environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds.

The work environment at First Option Bank is dynamic and fast-paced, with a moderate noise level. As a Bank Teller, you will be required to stand for long periods of time and interact with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
