Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Diagnostic Imaging Technologist to join our team at Eastern New Mexico Medical Center. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality diagnostic services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine diagnostic CT scanning procedures, including CT of head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures.
  • Operate and maintain CT imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnoses.
  • Develop and implement protocols for imaging procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide education and training to staff members on imaging procedures and equipment.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited AMA school.
  • Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT).
  • Licensed by the state as a general radiographer.
  • Proficiency at routine diagnostic CT scanning procedures.
Work Schedule

Monday - Thursday, with occasional on-call shifts averaging 5 days per month.

Unit Specific Information
  • General X-Ray and CT.
  • Assist with General X-Ray procedures as needed.
