- Verify resident identity and medication orders to prevent errors.
- Monitor and document medication administration, including any refusals or discrepancies.
- Assist with medication charting and ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure adequate medication supplies and accurate records.
- Current Medication Aide Certification or Nursing Assistant Certification from NC.
- Active CPR certification.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
